Who we help

An idea to launch.
An operation to untangle.

HMD Operations is built for work that crosses disciplines. We shape the engagement around the actual problem, the people responsible and the result that needs to work.

Entrepreneurs & founders

You may have the idea, the expertise or the opportunity, without the operating structure to take it forward. We help clarify the offer, research the market, develop the identity and digital presence, and connect the tools and workflows needed to launch.

The first step is to identify what has to be true for the idea to become a working business, then agree on a practical scope.

Discuss an idea

Growing businesses

As a business grows, the connections between sales, marketing, fulfillment, customer service and internal systems become harder to manage. We help define the operating gaps and deliver the agreed improvements across the business.

Multinationals & cross-border operations

Multi-country operations bring dependencies across markets, teams, suppliers, channels and technology. HMD can help map those dependencies, coordinate the work and build the systems needed to keep it connected.

Each mandate defines the countries involved, the decision owners and any local specialists required. The engagement is agreed around the work and the capacity needed to deliver it.

Governments & civilian infrastructure

Public-facing services need to be understandable, usable and maintainable. We welcome discussions about websites, communication assets, information journeys and operational systems for government entities and civilian infrastructure.

We begin with the project’s purpose, its users and the entity’s procurement and approval process. Any specialist requirements are identified in the scope.

Nonprofit organizations

Our community initiative considers an agreed scope of website work pro bono, case by case. The organization pays hosting and server costs at cost, together with its external expenses. Requests are reviewed individually.
